What Is The Main Cause of Obesity?
Many probably assume that the #1 cause of obesity is over eating right? We have all seen the McDonalds commercials and the “biggie Size” menu’s and the national media and governments want to blame the fast food industry, but they are not to blame as the cause of obesity. They certainly don’t help matters, but they are not to blame. 
Over eating is also part of the problem. Common sense says that too many calories in can lead to obesity. Combine over eating with lack of exercise also leads to obesity. To lose weight, you must consume fewer calories than you burn. So if you are eating more than to you burn, you will get fat, but this is not the #1 cause of obesity.
What about heredity and obesity? Certainly there is heredity gene that is passed down the line, but is heredity the cause of obesity? It is true that some people are more prone to weight gain and that has just as much to do as poor eating habits as a family, but certainly heredity is the cause of obesity. A recent U of M study says that “childhood obesity is link to habit” not heredity”.
Is soda (pop) to blame for obesity? Soda is certainly not good for you and you will have trouble losing weight is you consume soda, even diet soda. Drinking too much soda could have health consequences ranging from weight gain to osteoporosis to kidney problems, according to the August issue of Mayo Clinic Women’s HealthSource.
Why are there over 18 million obese children and Almost one-third of 9-month-olds are obese or overweight, as are 34 percent of 2-year-olds, according to the research, which looked at a nationally representative sample of children born in 2001. we can’t blame Mc Donald’s and we really can’t blame over eating or heredity, so what is the #1 cause of obesity?
The #1 cause of obesity is TOXINS! What are toxins? The Nemours Foundation describes body toxins as, ”A toxin is a chemical or poison that is known to have harmful effects on the body. Toxins can come from food or water, fromchemicals used to grow or prepare food, and even from the air that we breathe. Our bodies process those toxins through organs like the liver and kidneys and eliminate them in the form of sweat, urine, and feces.”
Once inside your body, these toxins can do great damage to your system over time. Since they are not natural particles or food sources that the body is familiar with, your organs can quickly become overwhelmed by all of these toxins.

Cigarettes have 599 additives approved by the US Government for use in the manufacture of cigarettes and there are over 4000 chemical compounds are created by burning a cigarette, many of which are toxic and/or carcinogenic. Carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen cyanide and ammonia are all present in cigarette smoke. Forty-three known carcinogens are in mainstream smoke, sidestream smoke, or both. Smoking is not going to kill you, the toxins will kill you.
Where do toxins come from? Toxins are in everything you eat, drink-including water, the air you breathe, the plastic bottles that you feed your baby with to the cans that baby formula comes in. Toxins are in beauty products, perfumes, smoke and medications. Medications only mask problems, very few actually cure you.
The only real way to lose weight and live a long happy life is to rid your body of these toxins. You can get rid of the toxins in your body with a cleanse or detox diet. The basic idea behind a ’detox diet or regimen’ is that the modern world puts so much stress on our bodies as we are exposed to a large number of toxins on a daily basis, and the natural detoxification mechanisms in place in our bodies cannot keep up the the detox demands. I say along with diet ,exercise, detoxification, lot of ” Vitamin C ” need to be consumed. Each 1 cigarette
takes 25 mgs of vitamins C from the body . So anyone who smoke should also take 1 tab of Vitamin-C for each cigarette.

If one want to get rid of obesity..slowly and steady …should change life style eating habits ….instead of saturated fat,should use unsaturated fatty acids, omega-3,6,9, Garceneas,Cromium, as supplements,least white sugars instead pure bee honey if available and lot of exercise.with fruits,green veges and fiber diet ..little yoga and meditation
